Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
When things get tough, you want the tools in your tool belt custom fit to support your needs. At a pace that fits you, we take a look at thoughts and behaviors that aren’t serving you and develop your internal compass and resources to navigate differently.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
You will often hear me say “two things can be true at the same time.” This is especially true when we feel more than one emotion in response to a situation. When we get to understand the different ‘parts’ of ourselves, we learn that there are no bad parts of us. With time, we find compassion and courage to understand the roots of our emotional parts.
